3H Leadership Consulting, LLC
Helping organizations develop the HEAD, HEART, and HANDS to lead people well.
Head, heart, and hands: 3H.
The “head, heart, and hands” framework is not unique to me, but it does represent my philosophical approach to leadership and leadership development. Those who have been a part of my leadership teams, training, coaching — or even a passing conversation — have heard me say: I believe leadership should be rigorously researched (head), passionately-purposed (heart), and profoundly practical (hands). Too often, leadership development efforts in small-business, corporate, and non-profit organizations inadvertently neglect one of these three streams, which diminishes both the integrity and the impact of the intended outcomes. To that end, on this site you’ll find excerpts from Julie’s academic research and original thinking, as well as a variety of practical leadership services to support leaders at all levels. And as soon as we talk, you’ll see Julie’s heart for leadership and leadership development on full display.
